Having seen Ripsters guide on using double shot keycaps on his Filco (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Island:6924) I've decided I'd like to do this on mine as well.

Having a look through the colours and styles it doesn't look like there is a black key with white text option other than the ROUND3 (the black there is listed as GX rather than NN, not sure on the difference there). Just wondering if it would be best trying to find an old Cherry Keyboard (seems like hard work and especially for a UK layout) mentioned in his thread or joining in on this group buy if it was possible to have black keys in white text. Would the UK language kit be in the same colour scheme too if I ordered it?

I'd like to participate but to me it's really hard to understand everything.

So the retro is only available as grey keys with blue text, and bianco (something normal) is available only with BIGass font?

I'm just waiting for the list of SC key caps for Round 4. I think the order IDs will be the same or similar if additional keys should be available.

You need the NOPOO kit as add-on to a STD kit in whatever style. Please note that there is currently no space bar for the No Poo keyboard.

You would have to get enough people in on it to make it worth it. I don't think SP has any molds for Filco fonts (futura) which means it would cost more to produce

qft.  All I really want is a nice-looking (i.e., not big-ass centered) doubleshot set in normal colors.  SP's default font would probably be fine with me.

i'm in on this one for enough keys for a filco tenkeyless and a mac kit. i can't for the life of me figure ou t what the styles and colors and order system are, however. will participate again when pictures etc. are up.

all i want are attractive light-colored keys with large-ish letters and icons; i'm not really picky other than that. i'm really tired of how tiny and black the filco lettering/keys are. i keep miskeying in sc2 because they're so damned uniform, and i'm just not enough of a keyboard ninja to otaku it up.

I am very interested in getting a set of blanks and a set of double shots as well as a few other odds and ends. I will try to decipher the code of this order bot, if anyone is feeling generous and wants to get on skype/ventrilo and help me do this that would be more than cool. Not quite, because it is possible to use row 3 keys on them. But again, we are trying to find asolution for that.

Can we have the option of using row 3 for every key in the spherical kit?  That seems to be more authentic to how keyboards were typically made pre-1980.

We're still in the early stages, gathering suggestions, deciding what exactly will be in the buy, in what colors, etc.  Nobody has paid yet unless I am mistaken, and no cut-off date has been announced.

That said, it would be useful to have some indication from 7bit on a desired timeline for this buy.  "Faster than round 3" is all I've heard so far.

1) Spacebar? I saw on the wiki that there is only one spacebar that is 118mm wide (SPACE), will that fit on a Leopold?
2) This isn't that big of a deal, but is it possible to get the "light window" for the caps lock and num lock keys?

No color-code necessary, because there will be only the Grey/Dark Grey color scheme.

It will get the color of the color/text style scheme you chose. It will be white on very dark gray if you order ROUND3/SHOUT and it will be black on white if you order BIANCO/SHOUT, etc.
