Can't go any lower...USPS charges a lot to send outside the US. Do you have any interested people around you who can help share your cost?

Probably take about 2-3 weeks to get to Europe depending on customs and where you are in Europe.

Just got the shipment notification from SP. They are on schedule and I hope to have all keys in my possession by mid-week next week...then the fun begins. As long as everything goes well, most people will have theirs in-hand by Fallout 4 release if not within a week or two for international customers.
