it can be difficult lately with USPS because they often aren’t helpful during this stage in locating stuff. They often tell us to just wait, as apparently the post-Christmas chaos can be just as bad as the pre-Christmas chaos. This year has been particularly bad for USPS and Fedex.
If your package vanished we will replace it and deal with USPS on our side to make to smoother for you, as well as refund your shipping. Thankfully there have only been a small number of these, as most people have received their packages. However, we have had several people receive their packages in their mailbox without the tracking updating at all, which is frustrating. We will address ALL of those issues this week. My wife and I are traveling after seeing family, which is why I have been OOO. If you haven’t already, please email support and we will get you taken care of ASAP.
I will be back in the office on Wednesday, and I’ll be reaching out to the commission winners again to get those started, and whatever else needs my attention, including some GB updates. Any packages that have not updated tracking by then will be fixed ASAP.
