Well, I have some pictures, but the exact process is actually highly controlled as we have the machines all modified to our specifications that makes then unique, so I can't share any video of the process itself.

I really don't think GMK sets are overpriced. People want custom novelties and other sets which can drive up the price. I've seen people complain that the caps are made of ABS too but if they weren't there wouldn't be as much depth and pop for colors. PBT isn't the way to go with GMK. Overall tho if you hate them so much just don't buy any?

Just because it is highly controlled doesn't mean QC will be perfect. I had already flagged this internally though and it is an issue being looked into as to why this has happened so it can be fixed.

Honestly, when you get into the enthusiast side of literally any industry, you can expect to pay top dollar for quality product. I haven't received my first GMK key cap set yet, but I have handled one and I was definitely blown away with the quality and saturation of the colors.

Alternatively, I have seen other brand of key caps with literally maybe a $20 - $40 price difference with slightly lower quality. If GMKs are too much stress on bank, don't buy. Simple as that!
