button 4 / 5 on Kensington Slimiblade mouse with nano receiver?

Is there any way to program its wheel left/right clicks into back/forward buttons? MouseWorks sees it only as a three-button mouse.

http://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm should be able to. You'll probably have to disable mouseworks, though.
