I'm no copywrite attorney, but, considering all the Vader and Iron Man caps out there, I don't think you'll have troubles with selling Keywoks.

Yeah, it's probably best to not sell trademarked/copyrighted designs. For everyone using HolyOOPS as an example, that's still not allowed. Is Disney, Marvel,  or George Lucas (actually, I suppose all are Disney now) going to hunt you down and make you stop? Most likely not. Still, for a community that supposedly cares about the intellectual property rights of artists I really hope you'd consider otherwise.

Saving these for giveaways is your best option (since I'm sure there are some rules allowing for "artistic interpretation" of trademarked/copyrighted designs for "personal use"). Don't let anyone dissuade you. These are great keycaps and I hope to see more people add them to their collections through giveaways or trades.

Haha, yea. I really don't get that either! I think it's more of a spite thing since people call out K3, K3 supporters call out everyone else about whatever they can come up with.  r/mk is weird.

I don't really care that much or think I'd really get sued or anything, I just don't think I want to go down that road at all right now since I've got a couple designs these days (and blanks) so I've got plenty of other stuff to focus on if I want to do sales.

I made the keywok just because I was excited about Star Wars and thought it would be cute! To be honest, he's the biggest pain in the butt to cast though anyway because I feel like he needs all those separate shots to look his best

Me too!!! My favorite part of the hobby is seeing the caps on people boards in their new homes
