International shipping is just broken right now. I won't be purchasing anything overseas for this reason.

The package is really nice but more money than I want to spend on keyboards this month. My better half would have something to say about it too.

I'll post a picture once my Model F AT comes in the mail.

Zinc keys and free Red ESC from Nunez, thanks!

As you can see I have already shaved the stems and the good one is on my board right now.

Trying to buff the defects out of the crappy one only made it worse developing a small silver patch where the paint wore away before the defect did, but I plan on using it for my bang around keychain one anyway.

Also my first Uni Book.

Ah, glad they got there safely.

Sad about the defect one though. Is that silver showing on the other one as well?

Nah no silver on the other one Nunez, just reflection from the light. Only a couple of small black marks near the base of that one, which is fairly invisible once it is on the board.

Audio Technica ATH-AD700's. Mostly just got it for use as a DAC, since they're pretty easy to drive.

I love my AD-700s. Just be a bit genial, they seem a bit fragile, but I've had mine a couple of years now with no real problems

I don't think many people would object to that sort of picture :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
