I got black and black case.
Planning on installing lubed and stickered MX Blacks with lighter springs from sprit's GB.
LEDs probably red, blue, maybe orange.
Looks like were all waiting for Ivan's black on black GB .. :D

Also interested in acrylic pieces, so if anyone's doing a mini GB for that I'd be in.

Haha yeah, but we'll probably have to wait a couple more months I guess. Still, I am looking forward to see how they turn out.

When I get some money again I will ask a nearby production company how much a run of the acrylic pieces would cost. I could do a mini GB for them even though I have no experience with that.

Being TKL I'll bet you could fit the PCB into several existing case designs.  May have to use a universal TKL plate, though.

What's everyone's going to look like? Colors, switches, leds?

I went with Silver since I don't own (m)any light colored keyboards. My defaults tend to be MX White but I'm also making some jailhouse blues to try and imitate Alps tactility in Cherry switches. So assuming I like them and the jailhouse wires don't interfere with the LED socket I might go with those. I've been installing SIP sockets for LEDs so I haven't made that decision yet since it's easy to change my mind later but the base will likely be warm white. For keycaps I'm thinking Raindrop V2 or if I can find one a Blue on White/Beige.

P.s. Elton, maybe you could add a link to the post with the acrylic inserts to the OP?

They are on the 2nd post on the first page ;)

Duck can only ship 5 at the moment.  They had more orders than anticipated, so they need to make more. It'll take no more than 2-3 weeks to ship the rest. A week or so to mill them and a few days to anodize. Very sorry about the delay.

I'll open Lightsaver V2 group buy next week and not after they ship cause of the delay.

Also about people who want to order Eagle/Viper from a Korean proxy, there is no point.  Viper/Eagle won't be shipped until around May anyways..

This post leads me to believe the rest will be shipping in the coming weeks though. Am I missing something?

This is what you're looking for; 'the rest' is the majority of the people waiting on orion to ship

I say a month cause the shipping for the first five hasn't begun yet.

Does anyone know how to use the keymapping program? I tried to create a .hex file but it wouldn't let me save the keymap that I created.

Shoot me a PM with some screenshots and I'll help you out.

Where can I find the tool? Thanks!

Ugly? That's mean... It's not like you need to use it everyday. I'm under the impression that most keyboard firmware don't even have graphical interface. What they created is really nice IMO.

Maybe you can cut an Accrylic bottom to make it flatter?

Also for those interested, here are the acrylic plate and insert drawings.

acrylic plate: http://kbdlab.co.kr/index.php?mid=board_housing&document_srl=158172
acrylic side inserts: http://kbdlab.co.kr/index.php?mid=board_housing&document_srl=460
                             http://kbdlab.co.kr/index.php?mid=board_housing&document_srl=502

You can download the attachments near the bottom of their post

Just wondering if anyone has these drawings in a raster format (like JPEG) so I can send them to a few guys in the LA area and get quotes. When I open the .dwg and .dxf with the Autodesk viewer I downloaded from their website, I get a bunch of errors. Anyone else have this issue?

for the grey for both Orion and Lightsaver V2, it'll be the blue grey colour.
http://kbdlab.co.kr/index.php?mid=board_dAHG88&document_srl=200538

The anodizing place only makes this grey. They can use another company but the quality isn't as good.
