Got some amazing news for you!

We just received the sample from ALF and man thats a beautiful board! The board looks sleek in real life despite the thicc top bezel

will have some photos up soon!

Also, ALF will be offering 2 options for the top piece: One will have 3 indicator lights as shown in the pictures and one will have the Renova Logo engrave.

Definitely interested. Love the k-miniesque layout, but the two-tone frame definitely gives this board its own uniqueness.

Layout looks awesome as does the two piece top. The edges look a little sharp though.

Translated that page and it's saying it's Bluetooth, which wasn't mentioned on the original post, hmm..

Also says that it's limited to 40 sets - 10 of each colour - that must refer to the Bluetooth-specific version, surely?

I hope that's the case anyway cause I really want one, and ALF X2 was ran on the English site like a regular GB

If that's the case, regarding the pricing, then that's unfortunate. The X2 was very competitively priced and I was hoping this would be the same too.

Yeah quite expensive. Could be because of the low number of units (only 40 total), but still could be lower. I was hoping for under $300, then I would definitely join for white/purple version.

Its closer to $500 (converted from RMB) if you select the weight option.

Might be a pass for me as well. Such a shame. Rama m60 is $360 base option. Puts things into perspective.

Agree with this. It sucks because the white/purple looks really good with Hyperfuse. Between this and Rama m60, gonna go for the latter.

Yes, this board will support bluetooth, the chip will be MDBT40, powered by a lithium battery

Multiple backlight effects

Side weights will be mirror finish brass, the bottom insert will be default aluminum, upgradable to brass

finalizing the sample and testing on the PCB, will be there soon

It seems that they have a proprietary method of anodisation. Here's the relevant quote, questionably translated by google:

I actually think the best option would be for the 40 kits to be able to choose your base and accent color instead of these 4 fixed ones.
