Off-topic, but I hope that ALL of you save the seeds that you pull out of your pumpkins!

They are an annual treat that is highly appreciated in our family.

Rinse and dry them (might take 24 hours or more), toss them in light oil and salt, and roast gently in the oven until golden brown.
Say, 20-30 minutes at 250F-300F and stir a couple of times.

Truly delicious. 1000X better than whatever you ever bought in a store.

"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

Damn! Bro, these are awesome! Do you put effort like this into real pumpkin carving? I'd love to see some shots if so.

I just want to show off. Not an entry of any kind. I did this a few years back for a pumpkin carving contest on ANN. By far my best pumpkin ever.

I want to carve pumpkins now!

i just find it a waste because if i carve it now, then it'll be all nasty by Halloween, so then i just wait till a day or so before and then carve them :)

That's what my wife said also.  I wanted to get a pumpkin to carve a few days ago, and she's like "it'll be rotten before Halloween".

Nothing wrong with that if it is :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I have no problem with there being a BS exclusive cap but isn't the point of a trans one that it lets light through?  BS boards don't have an LED on Num Lock let alone backlighting, so this just seems strange to me.  If it is a BS exclusive I'll just have to pick up a multishot instead, not the end of the world.  Perhaps with a bright enough LED the yellow will go translucent :thumb:

Trans does let the light through, but even if you don't have a backlit board, trans still has a pretty cool look to it!  :thumb:
