I've received the adapter for my Non ADB NeXT keyboard today. The adapter is made by @Hasu and it works out of the box.
The adapter have micro female USB port and you will need to get microUSB to USB cable to hook it up to your computer.

Have you had a chance to play around with the firmware yet? TMK is my favorite thing to work with.

Not yet, I am just too busy to play around with it atm.

@hasu:
There is Mouse Port on the keyboard to connect to NeXT mouse. is that NonADB port as well?

For me the adapter is less important, more important ia the fact that that is a NeXT keyboard, a piece of computer history with a cool layout too :cool:

To my ears, those sound like orange Alps switches? :)

Hey there, I am curious how did you set up your keyboard. I had purchased the converter from Hasu recently, and I am using the MBP 15 2017, but my mac seems always unable to identify the board and during the setup I can't pass the first identification step. I am not sure if it is my board got some problem or the converter need some setup.

I will say that this converter works great with the NeXT Non-ADB Keyboard and on Windows too! It has the greater advantage over the more recent Drakware Non-ADB converter in that the Power and Brightness keys respond to key presses thus can be remapped. Unlike Drak's where those would be just "dead" keys.
Great job Hasu!

That's a fantastic looking keyboard--wish I could get my hands on one. What kind of switches do they use?

I had a Portugese version of the NeXT keyboard and it was great. Tried to replace the black switches with Green Alps and for some reason the controller died and wouldn't connect to my converter anymore. So ended up desoldering them all and now I have a bag of Green Alps and doubleshot PT keys.
