Title: Where to buy good keycaps from

Ok so I have a GMMK Pro TKL ansi and I have mx blacks. I am confused on where to buy high quality keycaps. My theme is either red and black, blue and white, or green and white. Does anyone know where to buy good switches or a good set? Thanks!

There are lots of sources for both of those. It depends what switches you want, what kind of keycap profile(s) you're after, etc. Just a few options: for switches try NovelKeys. For keycaps I like YMDKey.com, but there are also a lot of options on Aliexpress or Bangood.
