I'm having a subway sandwich. Turkey with cheese, yellow and green peppers, olives, and vinegrette dressing, on wheat. With a yogurt and a water.

Lammy's having microwaved twinkies with canned beans.

What about you?

microsoft windows:
I had myself a ham and cheese sandwich, with lettuce and mustard.

Pasta. I like macaroni noodles because they cook nicely, and you can eat lots of them. Usually people get too full from pasta due to the type of noodles used...

I probably make the best pasta in the world (no joke).

Ingredients:
*Macaroni
*butter
*extra virgin olive oil
*milk
*cottage cheese
*ronzoni pasta sauce
*cheese

The cottage cheese helps give it a more smooth texture (sour cream will do too!). Olive oil is to help everything stick to the noodles, plus it's good for you. Butter gives flavour, and prevents noodles from sticking.

Sometimes I fry up eggs, with some onion & chicken.

bigpook:
pasta with beans and spinach, lots of roasted garlic, red pepper and cheese.

we are a carb-heavy nation arent we.

good to see folks are squeezing some veggies in there though. I've been on a peppers kick lately (both yellow and green).  My brother-in-law made me a grilled cheese with yellow "banana" peppers inside, was surprisingly delicious.
