I think it has been mentioned before that the order count in candykeys is all of them (US+Euro+Asia). Based on the latest numbers they are displaying we are 70% till MOQ of 200 sets. Hopefully we can reach the remaining 30% in the next 10 days! With these types of buys I always go in with the assumption that I'm going to be paying the min MOQ price and any price drops are just a bonus

Thank you for pointing me to the counter on the candykeys site.  The fact that I'm a US buyer and there is no clear information indicating that I need to check the EU website for this information, again, doesn't inspire confidence.

I understand that you may go into such buys assuming that you will pay the maximum, but, of course, this doesn't negate the fact that some others will have a limit in regard to what they are willing to pay and need coherent and current information that can be located to determine if they're going to buy or not.

Ok, so I've pretty much eliminated all the confusion so far regarding current amount of sets ordered. Geekhack is the only place to view how many NA orders there are in total.

Because of this, I only have to update one counter frequently, and that'll be the geekhack one. I apologize for not specifying where to view the current numbers for NA, EU, and Asia combined. For future reference, I'll add that into the OP.

Also, I'm assuming that most people who have entered are willing to pay the 200 MOQ amount. I'll add a system to select which price drop you would like to be invoiced at. That'll be in the google form in an hour.

Thank you for the critiques, I'll work on the organization.

Honestly not very confidence-inspiring. Doesn't seem like they're too worried about getting you anything.

Fair point. However, they've been pretty good about everything else so far, so not too worried. The agent usually has those type of responses, and it's, IMO, due to the language barrier, as he's not a native English speaker. They've been pretty quick and straightforward about the quotes and responding to any other inquiries I have.

It says in the OP that production time for 500 units is 45 days.. if the order is 300 and below should we expect the production days to go lower?

Nope! If you're feeling uncertain that you filled out the from, PM me your email.

Also, they're working on making the mold files atm, and will "give it to [us] as soon as possible".

ISO users, have you found any solution to run with ISO layout?
Can use 1.25 fn as L-shift and 0 or . as the key next to shift. So left is ISO enter.

Oh ****! You probably won't want to hold out for that unless you really like the colorway. The profile is up for grabs ATM, thinking of GMK instead, or maybe XDA. :/

Honestly though, they'll be the closest you can get via using Pantone C colors. No need to worry IMO.

It's not an up to date picture, due to the back space, but this should help you get a relative idea of the finish on the caps. It's more matte than shiny.

Hey! The GB is going to be ending tomorrow, 11:59 PM 9/29/2017 PST.  The ETA for the set should still be the same: in your hands between the end of December to the middle of January.

Unfortunately, I don't think Maxkey is going to be able to provide samples before it finishes. I understand that is a deal breaker to some. However, this shouldn't be too much of an alarm. I will post the samples when they arrive, and rest assured, I've gotten the colors of calm depths matched to the closest pantone colors. The caps will be like the original set, just with a matte finish, like I showed earlier.

With that being said, I'm happy that I am able to make this set a reality. This is one of my endgame sets (the other being laser :P), and I don't want to see everyone have to shell out 350 dollars for this set. I'm proud to say that we have made this truly legendary colorway affordable, without sacrificing quality.

I appreciate the faith in me as a GB leader as well. It means a lot to me. I look forward to my future projects in the MK community as well :)

Thank you to everyone who participated and provided feedback.

He doesn't have samples yet. Maxkey is traditionally very slow with samples, as well.
