Sherryton/Hazeluff, could you add 1 additional base set and 1 numpad set to my order please? Thanks!

Can do = )

So the iso set actually has a 1.75x key like a tsangan kit? If this is from signature plastics maybe I can just get that one shift key from left overs, I really don't want to buy an Iso set for just one key.

You may be able to get one off someone else, but the set is $4...so you buying and paying shipping off someone else will end up roughly the same. Anyways, you'd get some extra keys with the ISO ; p.

Why there're two fengs on the order list? Did I submit the order twice?

There are two, because you submitted two. I'll remove the older one.

Don't worry because I filled out a form at DT's site and I forgot I had already filled out here on Geekhack.  I just got worried when Geekhack got attacked and went down for a long time that the orders for the Sanctuary key-set would be lost as well.

YES, I am that stupid to think that you guys wouldn't have back-up of the old orders.  :))

I've been following the thread but I'm not clear on the stepped caps lock.  I thought it was included with the base set but is it a special request item or will it be included?

I believe the stepped caps lock in the base set is not center-stemmed, meaning it doesn't fit on most standard modern keyboards like the Filco. The one he's asking about will be center-stemmed and will fit on those keyboards :)

Exactly what mickd said.

The one in the image has the stem "off-centered" and is to the left of the key (where the legend is). What I am asking is about the same looking key, but with the stem right in the center, so that it can fit modern boards.

Oh, I understand now.  I guess I would be interested in a center-stemmed capslock if it becomes an option.  My current capslock is not stepped and it's been bumped on a few times because I recently switched to a cherry blue board from using a model m for 10+ years.  Thanks for clearing that up.

So how much interest needs to be shown on the center-stemmed stepped caps lock before you can confirm its availability?

Shipping is from US. So CONUS should be faster and cheaper = ). Unless you are in Korea. If you are in Korea then ordering through kbdmania will have KR shipping.

So why don't you buy the whole key-set and then cherry pick the stuff you want?

The Red roman numerals is what attracted me to this Group Buy above all else, and you want someone to sell you only that.  Sure I'll do it, but for $299.00USD.

That way I can then live with what you forced me to do, gut a perfectly nice key-set just to please you.......  >:D

Looks a bit washed out, guess the picture is a bit overexposed.

But loving that grey nonetheless! Can't wait to ditch the stock caps on my CM storm red for those

the grey reminds me of the Leopold FC700R grey.  it's just different colored font.

the colors come off a bit too strong though.  sorry, my photography skills still need some practice

I really like the grey color on those. Looks pretty snazzy. The font looks great too, though like Halverson said it does look like the red is kind of washed out. Though just like previously stated, that can easily be chalked up to lighting and photography errors.

All in all, I'm loving the look. That grey is phenomenal. Can't wait to get my hands on my set.

EDIT: After looking at the color of the text, and the color of the case I can tell that the red would actually be much more vibrant when presented in person. They're a pretty close match in the picture, and I know for certain that that specific case isn't that dull of a shade.

Awe, I didn't mean to say it like that! Indoor lighting is a biotch. Flash, natural lighting, fluorescent lights, lotta variables in it. When I first got into photography I think it was mostly about reading different techniques and advice.

Well first set.  We wanted to choose the best looking car, so we got individual keys.  We chose the best one, and we produced a set.  The red is too strong though with a few of the keys.  We might want to change it.

1. few font's size changes (^*()_-+= alt
2. color changes(for experiment) not't decided changing color yet
3. stabilizer mount changes. in old one. we had stabilizer mounting problem(only for majetouch type stabilizer, it was too loose. cherry fits).

While you are at it...tell SP to fix the stabilizer problem on all of the keycaps they produce.  Stabilizer inserts fit into SP key caps like throwing a hot dog down a hallway if you know what I mean.

Haha so ponies have reached Korea? (I’m still waiting for the day one of my favorite starcrafters comes out of the shed, hehe, so far it’s only TLO, and he isn’t korean)
What am I supposed to find? I found some nice comics (which I sadly can’t understand), some of them quite gory, something about the sims and a purple horse, and, strangely enough, the pinkie pie skyrim video. Now I’m curious, what does 포확찢 mean? lol :D (Just my little pony?)

We’ve got many pony haters as well, of course. The internet, taken as a whole, is divided into three parts: Ponies, pony haters, and a striking majority of those who don’t give a ****, lol.

Thanks for telling me, it’s pretty hilarious. Ponies come to you and Psy to us, fair trade, I think. xD

Gangnam Style, yes! :D (I’m quite surprised it got that popular, too, I mean, you don’t usually expect music you heard on korean SC2 streams to suddenly appear wherever you go, haha)
I’m no US citizen, by the way, I’m from Germany. :P And I’ve heard a lot of Psy before Gangnam Style happened, I’m a regular on Dragon’s stream. ^^ It’s just very difficult for me to search for anything korean myself, google translator produces just gibberish there. Korean is the language the translator is the worst at, by far.

Korea has lots of bronies? Glad to hear that, I always thought it just hasn’t gotten there yet. And ›brony‹ means something cruel in Korean? Interesting. You live and learn. :-)

I just found out that you can transfer your money through Bank of America for free.  I think it's the same with Chase as well.  I have an account from these two banks(also East West Bank, but I'm not sure if there is a fee or not from there).  I wanted to know how you guys would feel about transferring money to my bank account instead of using paypal.  Of course it is risky, but I'm hoping I'm trusted around GH by this time.  If not, then we can just stick with paypal because the fee is pretty minimal still.  It's just that accepting money (without profit) runs a huge risk on Paypal.

We're suppose to be collecting money already.  I hope we can solve this by tomorrow.

Also, I'm going to Korea to bring the Sanctuary key caps there.  I'll take lots of pictures with members from OTD and KBDMania.  I'll try to make them as drunk as possible, so I can bring more Korean boards for you guys!

Thanks for making this happen Geek Hack!

Sherry,

As you've said, the buyers would lose all protection if we went with transfers into your account unless you and I (the buyer) e-sign an agreement that the transfer is for goods (which would be a hassle for you). Personally I'd rather use PayPal and suck up the 2.9%.
