No, it isn't a "Model M". Philips never made a "Model M". If you're asking if it's a mechanical keyboard, that's a different story.
I'm assuming you don't have this in your possession or else you would've just popped off a key to see if it was a buckling spring.
In which case it's safe to assume that this is a photo of a keyboard that's for sale somewhere. The easiest way to get info on this keyboard is to contact the seller and get the model # or any other identifying numbers off of it.
