I just had another thought - does the teensy alignment on the PCB line up with the hole on the Poker II case? And what kind of teensy should I order for this anyways for that matter? (Model number)
Sorry first time ever building a board, and I have an extra Poker case lying around that I want to use but no experience whatsoever
You don't need a Teensy for this, the ATMega is already on the board.
Oh. So then all I would have to do is
1. solder in diodes
2. put a few switches in the plate and solder those to the pcb
3. put rest of switches in, soldering as a go
and if I wanted to make the whole keyboard backlit, I would solder switches in first, and then the LEDs?
