I have emailed percent twice now without any response. They claimed they shipped it, but tracking doesn't work. This is getting frustrating.

I rarely go on GH, but damn, this situation is a bit frustrating.
A friend and I ordered canoes when they went up, they sent us a tracking number in early may, it never moved or was never shipped, now it shows up as expired. We got that email (the standard one that wasnt even BCC'd correctly) and figured wed contact them again after two weeks of waiting for any more info.
We've both attempted contacting them around 13-14 times collectively. Weve so far got one reply that said (two weeks ago now) that all the Canoes would ship by the end of June and that would include ours.

So far no updates since then but were waiting until July 1st to charge back.

The Canoes on order were a yellow and random/gray/white.

Still hoping for a yellow, but at this point it seems obvious Percent is not worried about honoring our orders or even replying to our concerns.

Was told from a source that seems reliable that there was a delay from the manufacturer (Eve). Your Canoes should be coming. No estimated timeline was given, but other folks that have contacted Percent have been told that they will be shipped by the end of the month.

Also, source says that this will be the last GB for Canoes, but a possible revision of the Canoe might happen in the future (BT).

Thanks for the update, hopefully your sources are indeed reliable. Would be kind of weird for Canoe to say that all manufacturing was done and that they were having issues with the shipping company if that wasn't the case.

Oh well it looks like I had my tracking numbers mixed up there are no updates on this one/estimate on when it'll show up. I dunno, I'm not too worried about it though, all y'all assuming the worst, this timeline on this was pretty aggressive and they took way more orders than they planned so I bet it's a logistics headache. All group buys hit some delays, the communication has been pretty trash for this one though.

Yeah communication is definitely the problem. I'm a pretty patient guy, I don't mind delays at all. I just want communication so I know whats going on. When all I hear is radio silence that is when I start thinking about the worst-case scenarios.

Percent replied to one of our emails saying itll arrive by the end of this week, yesterday, but no tracking number is available.

Two separate orders and they both have the same expired identical tracking number.

I guess well find out tomorrow.

We ordered together, our tracking was the same number and it was shipped to someone in SykesVille MD, and signed by a D.Pat
We either got the wrong tracking from percent, or they straight up are lying at this point.

They've dodged our emails for far too long, and our patience with them is wearing very thin.

Im moving to florida in a couple weeks, if they dont show up in the next few days I dont know what well do.

So the person in Maryland received his Canoe already? If so, that's definitely a big oversight considering he'll have 3 at this point. Hopefully he'll do the right thing and reach out.

UPDATE: The guy in Maryland actively contacted with Percent immediately after he got our Canoes. We were able to contact him thanks to Percent. He will ship those Canoes to us tomorrow on Percent dime.
