Are metal plates going to be the only mounting option?
You could get a crazy amount of flex out of a carbon fiber leaf spring.

Are you trolling or you don't read the thread at all? Like two messages above yours Zambumon answers this exact question from another user that asked it previously.

haha no not trolling.
I was having some internet problems and tried to reply when the thread was posted but it didn't go through. Apparently it worked a couple days later when I reloaded Chrome on this computer though. I didn't even notice until you pointed it out, so thanks for that  :thumb:

Anywho, 8° typing angle and VIA support is just perfect on this.

Lol, that's kinda interesting! Hope you didn't find my reply too harsh then, I apologize if it felt like that.

Not at all, but it is pretty funny though. Glad to have my question answered either way.

Any plans for a hot-swap PCB? Would be an instant buy for me then. Love the design either way though, especially that bottom weight.  :thumb:

What will the price range be? (Not specific, naming another project that has "similar" prices would be fine)

The Aurora Input Series 65 is heading to group buy next Monday! There are a total of 200 slots that will be assigned using a raffle through Koi's setup to minimize botting and such.

Prepare for the raffle:
- Step 1: Join the Koi Raffle Discord Server (https://discord.gg/yxqVMrw)
- Step 2: Verify your account on the Discord server by following the instructions in the #registration channel
- Step 3: Go to the Koi Raffle Website (https://www.koi-raffle.com/) and authorize with your Discord account

The raffle will open on November 23rd 2020 at 6pm CET (9am PST) and remain available for 12 hours. Once the raffle is closed, 200 winners will be randomly selected from the entries and receive their invoices before the end of the week. The invoice will be sent to the E-Mail of your Discord account that you can see on the koi raffle website, but you will then be able to use the link in the E-Mail to check out with your account on the store. Invoices will go out in waves. You will have 48 hours to pay your invoice, if you miss to do so, a new winner will be selected for the slot.

Prices will be as follows:
- Keyboard kit (includes Case Top, Case Bottom, Weight Insert, Plate, PCB with USB-C daughterboard and cable, Screws, Bumpons and a Carrying Bag) with Brass Plate is 529€ (479€ for non-EU) and with Aluminium Plate for 519€ (469€ for non-EU)

I'm wondering how white the silver is compared to the renders. Any chance for something to reference too?
