Yeah, the sets are pretty similar but once the novelties are done it will differentiate it a lot!

I really do like the color choices and have wanted to see a re-run of GMK Royal Alpha. I have no concerns with the colors as it is a historical set that has been done a few different ways by different manus (similar to dolch and 9009), you should just be prepared for the comparison as the greens are the same and used in basically the same way, excluding alt alphas of course. https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=91499.0

I'm definitely interested in the set though and good luck with IC! TY for 3-key 40s support in base as this hasn't been an option in runs of RA (to my knowledge) and could hit the spot for fans of that set as well.

I love tennis, but without the novelties the theme doesn't really come across for me. Also, I feel like stock color greens means that this set won't really match the Wimbledon grass, and that's pretty disappointing.

Hopefully when I see the novelties I'll see the theme come through on the keycaps.

Not really well versed in this topic, but what was the reason for you choosing stock gmk colors? Does that save on cost since it isn't custom?

If you’re including R2 Esc in base as a supplement to 3-key, you’re better off forcing the accent on that key.

GMK Court is literally GMK Classic Green + 1 stock color. Sure, the new stock color AE is on the mods and alpha legends instead of N7, and I agree that it should make this set sufficiently differentiated from Classic Green. However, the comparisons will be impossible to avoid.

If you're not going to do R4 1.5 Supers I need r4 1.5U Novelties, also for 1u novelties to be distinct from those 1.5U novelties as I use 7u HHKB layout with 1.5 OS key.

Bummed this GB didn't make it.  It's crazy how different sales are this year than last year.  It's very tough to run a set right now and most people don't appreciate all the complexities that go into it.  I hope this can come back some day, the work you did on it is excellent.
