I ordered two different Duckies from them at different times.  The delivery was fast but the packaging seemed a bit amateurish compared to, say, ordering from Amazon or Newegg.  The boards were functionally intact though.

I always feel uneasy ordering from sites I can barely read :P
Their ordering process seems to be super slow
it took a whole day to confirm my order and still hasn't taken the money from my debt card lol
Is this normal with them or am I a special case?

I'll agree with you on Amazon and NCIX, but I've had purchases lag 72+ hours with Newegg plenty of times even during the week. Anyway, if you order from either of those places on a Saturday, payment will not fully clear until Monday..... Errrr rather until Tuesday due to Monday being a federal holiday.

Regardless, I'd at least give it until tomorrow :)

Newegg does some odd ****.  Shipped my case completely seperate from the rest of my hardware so I had to wait a weekend to get everything.  And all these problems people have been having with RMA's lately..  I'll stick to Amazon

They do that to speed up the ordering process
I think if you check a box saying ship them all together they will hold it till they have everything and ship it all together

I ordered from pchome a long time ago when the QFRs were not in the US yet. I just remember their shipping is super super quick for international. I think no more than 5 business days from ship date to my door.

I just ordered from them and I am unable to return my keyboard using their website.

I hit the Return/Refund link and it just sends me back to the tracking# page for an item I didn't order.

It's been this way or 3 days, and they have a 7 day return policy.

Took me 3 days to accept my Paypal payment. Took like 5 business days to receive it after being shipped.
Overall good experience.
