Looking for a bit of advice for working some titanium. I have a piece with 6 holes measuring about .106" in some .080" material. I need to open these up to 1/8" to glue in some neodymium magnets. Any suggestions for what bits to buy? I feel like this is to much material for a proper machining reamer, but not enough material left for a drill bit to cut properly without chewing up the bit. Please help, I can't replace these.
Side note, if there really isn't a good way to go about this, an alternate path would be countersinking these holes. Any tips on what kind of countersink to buy? I don't need angle, I have that covered.
