I thought honey was a good word...

I've never called any one honey... I've always just said Hi, <statement>,  without directly addressing via pronoun.
Honey is a good word in the proper context. But in this context it is said by a man to put a woman in her place. Example:

Me:*explains something technical*
Douche: listen honey, I know you are a "sys admin", but I'd rather wait for a real tech to weigh in.

This has happened to me multiple times. It makes me lose my mind. Also, if I'm bold enough to speak on the topic, I'm usually right which only makes them more annoyed the next time they deal with me

This is when you **** up his ****. :)

I only unleash those powers on people who deserve it. Anger brings out my quick wit.  Like the saying goes Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.

you're all talk

It's honestly pretty hard to be aggressive over the internet.

Yes, that is a gold embroidered "P" right on the crotch for some reason. Drunk self was happy with this thrift store outfit a decade ago.

You would.

It's not that I'm all talk, but I'll verbally attack someone long before I physically do. Younger me would have resorted to violence first. I have evolved a bit from that :) Partly for self preservation.  it is hard to win a physical altercation at 5 foot nothing.

One of my favorite ways to mess with people who deserve it was to locate all the kinky porn they have stashed on their system and then subtly let them know that I know what they are looking at. Like juuuuuuuust enough information to let them know that I know, and that kills their confidence real quick. I don't do desktop support any longer so I don't really have to deal with that anymore, but it was a perk, for sure. It is their own fault for looking at porn on their work laptop.

I was pretty scrappy back in my day. Small in size, but I was angry as hell. That translated into me being semi-fearless for a while there. I came out on top more often than not. I should find a picture of me from back in the day. My whole life I've been told that I look mean. Yet njbar said I look like a Disney princess. I guess I'm the princess that will cut a *****, if needed.

I'd go gentle with you tho. Unless you didn't want me too.... :blank:

A sysadmin with Napoleon complex, how fascinating.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

What if,  Every guy on the Geekhack stop posting fotos as well..

And only 1 male foto will be posted for every 1 female foto..

That way, perhaps the females would post more fotos..

And then we could have a foto queue system..

Females must post foto, to unlock one of the male fotos..   like trading cards..

If you're after the bad girls

Jus sayin''' instead of buying drinks and manually lying to them, you might as well just pay direct.. saves alotta time..

Time that you could use to make keycaps, and solder keyboards.

This picture leaves me with some many questions. Not least of all what is with the giant corn, and why is Binge pole dancing on it?

I love all of it.

Can I get a high-res copy of this?  I would like to frame it and hang it over my sofa.
I'm back.

Re-posting since my previous one got eated.

Mirin these beard pics. Unfortunately, I had to shave mine for an event this weekend. Grew it all of November, but this'll be my last shave until March.

Any tips for a new beard-grower like me? Should I touch it up at different areas or leave it untouched altogether? Comb it or no?
