this is exactly what it looks like ;). This is only mirror polished, but we're adding PVD plating to this to make it smoother and more shiny.

Will tend to emails soon, as I'm visiting a few friends in NorCal from university.

BTW, glad everyone was so hyped to see it at the NorCal meetup :)

Any rose gold folks here?  What keycaps would work with that color?

I got rose gold to match up with the M10-A I got.  But I am having second thoughts...

Classic beige, this set https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=80434.0 , any number of pink/white sets (GMK Valentine, JTK Sophomore, SA Valentine, etc.), various neutral colored sets like DSA Granite, XDA Milestone.  Lots of others too.

Just found these photos of M10-a in rose gold in lowish light: http://imgur.com/a/vqBXB

I've been looking for something white with gold legends. Is that not a thing? Saw something along the lines yesterday on mechmarket, but it was orange.

The closet is probably GMK Year of the Monkey, which is indeed orange on white.

Hi everyone,

In order to stay more organized, I will always ask for people to email me instead of PM. Since there's no threading with GH, it gets a little complex when I have 10 pending PMs.

Also, I've cancelled invoices for those who haven't paid.

Looks like we're pushing forward soon. thanks for your patience.

Wow! thanks Photoelectric... is the champagne really that close to the brass? if so, I made the right choice!

I've no idea, I'm just matching what I saw in person when I looked at Apple iPads and MacBooks a couple days ago to a potato photo :)  Apple's champagne is a light pale champagne color, lighter than Apple's rose gold, very nice.  Brass will be slightly more gold-green and probably a bit darker (unless the new plating will change its look).  Should be a great combination!

This keyboard is a lot more unique (at this time anyway).  Also doesn't break the bank as much!  But to really answer your question, only you would know the answer.  Ask yourself what you'll be happier with on your desk in the long term, if you can't afford both.

Get both, bruh.

To me it's more so a budget I cap myself to. Every year is a 3 board maximum, last year was a 27TKL, Zeal60 and Novatouch, this year so far I was planning on a 980c, M65-A and possibly something else down the line, but I'm more comfortable with TKLs. Just a FOMO most likely.

Either way if the LZ is amazing enough, it may make me break my 3 board yearly cap! I thought about it some more and am probably going to keep my M65, can't say no to Hydro Blue...

Sorry Jchan didn't mean to go off topic!

Breaking your 3 board yearly cap and it's only January lol.  Have they given a price on the lz?  I need a tkl since I got rambae (65) and a tx75 (75) this year. Eventually I'll get a nice tkl and be set for a while.
Edit: found the price

Lz TKL is up for $447. Very expensive.  E8-v1 TKL is perhaps a better choice at $310 with more color options and a more interesting layout.

Haha yeah, that's why I wanted 1 board to see what would pop up through the rest of the year! After seeing the LZ price though I think I'm good, just want another TKL that is something not so standard. 27TKL has issues now with it too, so I'm just going to be in a waiting game again!

Gotta say, I'm very happy with my choice to go with the Ramabae. Anodizing on this board looks choice, none of the other customs have brass plates available, and it's got the powerhouse of jchan + Rama behind it for production value and logistics. Add on to that the price and it's a seriously great looking board. Can't wait to see it in person.

This may have been asked before, if so apologies, but are these two cases different sizes or is it just the offset being exaggerated in the photo?

It's just the perspective. Because the back of the near (bottom) case is raised, it appears "larger" or "longer" than the front edge of the far (top) case.

RGB LEDs for the underglow that goes into the diffuser are on the PCB that you get. You can however buy LEDs for the keycaps.

The PCB isn't hotswappable as-is, but it looks like holtite sockets might work as long as they don't fall through the holes [seems to be a problem for some PCBs]. I bet nobody has tried it yet so we can't know for sure.

Looked at the DXF file of the PCB and it seems like the holes are a standard 1.5mm so holtites should work as far as i can see.

I just searched every page for the physical dimensions of the board, and can't find any references. Anyone know the WxHxD?

Not sure if this is subject to change, but you can actually find dimension sketches on the offered Mat:

Based on the sketch, looks like 331x130x37.2 (mm).

He uploaded the STL file for it:

Oh, great, thanks!

Next question, sorry; where did he upload that?

Cool. Anyone got the HSL (or Hex, RGB, etc) for the different colors? Used the eyedropper on ps for something close enough, but wouldn't mind an exact. Useful for keyset testing (as someone who is still deciding on which keyset to get).

this is awesome! I would love to see a render of a black case / nylon bottom with the keyboard &co keyset. I imagine the colors would look awesome

Hi everyone,

Our order will be placed soon. Our order is pretty much finalized. We will have extras so please do not fall prey to the aftermarket.
