U no, for almost 2 decades, it's been 100% confirmed that aircraft carriers are almost completely useless is future wars.
Now, in Today's Special Military Operation, 1000% confirmed, but what difference does it make, we already spent all the damn money on it.
If you think about all the money we spent on the carriers, and put it into missiles instead, we wouldn't be in this extremely-DIRE situation.
Missiles are not just the end product,
You need entire Industrial backbones to mine, smelt, transport, make steel, stamps, tubes, robotic welding.
Which we gave up, because it was easier to just run money printers, and watch Stonks Go-Up. Recycling petro$dollars.
Our contractors system, Did you know, alot of our very expensive + poorly designed interceptors ARE HAND MADE?
THAT'S INSANITY, but why's it like this, why do we hand make any of this stuff. Capitalism $$$$. To make them as expensive as possible because the profit is CAPPED as a $Percentage of the price of the product.

The ideal strategy is to just build lots of infantry and mech-inf unit at $1000 and $3000, instead of the expensive units like tanks.
That's what ireen7o is doin' , low cost volume, expensive units are useless because it's all the fleshbags that MAN equipment, thus having identical vulnerabilities.
Why did we start making alot of planes out of WOOD in the real wars, because it doesn't make sense to use steel if the planes really only get to shoot a few times, and it's been proven that air-power during major wars do very little.

A LEADER in this context, does what he does with the express purpose of net benefit to "The Village."
Such a society does not need $Money, there's no purpose in hiding anything, it would also produce very little excess "food/wealth" such that they don't need any hierarchical structures of oppression.
A LEADER today, act, somewhat the same, in that he is optimizing the "Wealth" of the 200 People he may know/ considers his "Village".
But if you move up the chain, technology produces so much excess, that the ONLY way you can digest any quantity of it, is via WASTE (Conspicuous Consumption). That is to say, WASTE, is the only outlet. Multiples of houses, cars, boats, planes.
Once WASTE becomes the-Primary-Culture, how we Define-Success, be it elaborate Brothels/Music Academies/Theaters, the wealth is squandered rapidly until the HOUSE (Nation) goes bankrupt (Morally, Culturally, Intellectually)
The problem is the human biology has not evolved fast enough to PRODUCE A LEADER who has the capacity / EMPATHY, to consider the whole of the-HUMAN-world, ontop of the-EARTH-systems (the Living Everything else) which our world is dependent on.
And so CALAMITY is assured.
