FAQ/Other notes:
- This board will NOT be made at the same factory as the Southpaw boards. This will be made at a factory that I have personally used and I will have full communication with the rep that will be handling this project. I will be providing all updates.
- The dual mounting options will not interfere with each other no matter which option you choose to use.

Interested. Will be watching this sporadically.

Very nice. Hope it's closer to $4.

Should have a final price as soon as the quote comes back. Initial quote was for brass weight at 35qty which is what the estimate is based off of. Will update as soon as I know.
-
Why is this being offered with winkeys?
-
yeah it's pretty cool i guess
-
Finally! Providing plate files and supporting ISO on the PCB is the way to go :thumb:

Fcfs? Raffle pretty please?

I've been following since Kafka's IC and glad this is finally getting completed!
-
Noice.

Neat board. I'm taken back a bit on the price. $400-500 for a 60% seems a bit steep imo.
-
Is there any merit to running this particular board plateless, or is it just for those who will be adding their own plate? Will it be cheaper plateless? What kind of plate material do you reckon would be ideal for this board?
-
I love it, definitely very very keen.
-
Fingers crossed it's priced closer to $400 than $500, but either way I am pretty interested in this design! Definitely will be keeping an eye out for updates!

Gunna start saving my pennies for this! :thumb:

Yes, it's stunning! I vote for PCB mount. Weirdflex?

You son of a *****. I'm in.

The PCB mount option is pretty interesting! I really want to try out a plateless build that is mounted any other way than tray mount. I did a scratch plateless 60% build that I have in a KBDfans 5° case & it feels great compared to a build with a plate in it. I can only imagine how soft & flexy a plateless build would be without any standoffs under it!

All depends what kind of typing experience you prefer/ what switches you want to use. You'll get everything in the kit to run it either way you choose, be it with a plate or plateless.

Plateless is the best, imo.

We are legitimately doing what we can to keep it as low as possible, tariffs don't help.

Gonna be watching this one closely, but anything above $400 would be a deal break for me personally. Hope it works out!!!

Teacher says, every time a pwner board drops, a bank account loses some digits.
Happy New Year! Gotta figure out what I could put on this board. She's a looker.
-
Excited that this is seeing the light of day but yikes-ing a bit on the price. Any paricular reason for the change from the brass weight of the proto to a new stainless weight?
-
Haven't been around this community long enough, but are owner board high quality and sought after like them the boards that sell for $$2.5k-5k on r/mk?
Genuinely asking.

I really dig this. 4th color is TBD - maybe E-White?
-
Yes, please.
I'll ask my two typical questions:
Ne Alps Support avail? (This would work great with some of the vintage AT Alps caps, IMO.)
Ne Split Space avail?
-
Yes, please.

Looks like the ship has sailed.
Discord is easier to talk about these things. I got a response there right away.
I think I'm gonna work with them and get a handful of custom alps-mx + split space pcbs. No smd components, which saves money, means you would need to solder everything (like the mcu, and diodes).
