Site Maintenance - Wiki

I'm going to upgrade the wiki to a more modern version.  It's going to be a big jump, so there may be some outages as I sort things out.

You have your blue diamond.  Upgraded to 1.30.0.

The old skin would have to be done over again, so I've just left the default vector skin for now.
