Exactly. What I learned from Ragnarock's GB: JRET needs many orders, or it's expensive, so you don't need to worry about smart cheapo kits, just go all in with language layouts. Seriously, that would get more orders for JRET and hence make it cheaper. Might be something like this: 10 orders for the ISO kit => 52$, 10-20 1unit keys, whatever you need for your national layout, might be somewhere around 40$, and if you get 25 orders now instead of just 10, the ISO kit drops to 22$, so it's 62$ for a national layout, and 52$ for the universial ISO kit in this example.
