Some keyboards i've made recently
A87 ps2avr - this keyboard broke about 18 months ago, so 2 weeks ago I put a new pcb in it, now it works again. Rejoice.
orignally this was the first JD40 I ever made, and it was also the only one that never worked, it was always intended for Bunny. It was also the only board that I didn't test prior to soldering it up - it is also then only teensy 2.0 I've ever seen that hasn't worked, a lot of firsts! at the weekend I finally got around to taking apart and removing the teensy and soldering a new one and putting it back together. Because I flush solder teensy's it was particularly hard to remove. I used a hot bed, a lot of hot air, until it pretty much fell off, and I burnt all my fingers. The switches are vintage clears, lubed, springs lubed, sliders lubed again, stickers and clear tops. the case is painted and then lacquered.
Bunny will hopefully take better pictures after I've dropped it round his.
