I'm excited to report that the lead vendor/proxy for manufacturer, has confirmed that Candykeys has sent them the outstanding payment for KAT Great Wave

The warehouse has been notified, and they are in the process of preparing to ship the keycaps to the relevant shipping forwarder before it makes it way to EU.

It has been a long time coming, but I suppose it is better late than never.

I'm apologetic and thankful for the unfathomable amount of patience for all those affected by this.

People still use Geekhack?

Yes, and designers still design stuff, go figure

Kind of nuts to be honest ;) Not many though. Maybe 5% of the people who were around during COVID are still around, but hey, at-least its all delivered and things are well. I just wish people stopped getting hosed on GBs.

Is numpad enter being the same green as the rest of the set an intentional choice? I remember previous runs using a more minty color.

Tend to agree. No Iran deal can work without US disengaging from Israel.

Sat in chair most of yesterday.

This morning woke up to hip pain, the pointy part right in front of lower back.

No idea. Chairs are bad indeed.

Future Production Ecnomy.

Some problems.

The China (Machine) is already built, AND, It's hooked up to Rv55n' Nergy.

Our Western (Machine) is not yet built, AND, we Just blew up a huge chunk of its energy pipelines/ contracts / political handshakes.

Asssssuming the MOU holds.

Tp4 would say, 60/40, favoring holds.

The economic collapse,   on the surface, the bailout is already happening in full swing right now given the stock pumps.

But long run, we've destroyed roughly 15% of world energy production, they were literally blown up, it's done.   This effect will be far excess of 15%.

declining birthrate numbers
declining birthrate numbers

Having children has become a decision of women and by women.

Today, if a woman doesn't want to have children she won't have children.

The big question is: "Why don't women want to have children any more?"

Obviously Economics.  Why is this even questioned, it's a solved question.

A Developing economy's Farmer's children benefits him precisely because he gets the labor input.

A Developed economy's "Citizen's" children predominantly benefits THE STATE and its Oligarchs.
