Both actually in the US, for the love of god someone here who wants em get em.  They don't deliver to the UK so I'm weeping!

They are terminal boards, so they aren't gonna work without a controller swap and adding a cable.

These are ridiculously simple to modify using a controller from a busted 1391401. The plate and barrel assembly has a ribbon cable that plugs into the controller pcb...a simple swap, done in less then a minute, and you have yourself a working, NOS board.

You would still have to bolt mod it because of the plastic rivets though right? I thought after 20 years they decayed and fell out.

You don't bold mod for ping. You bolt mod for a uniform feeling over the board. As rivets fail the board looses its tension and the keys feel uneven and in extreme cases fail.

True, but that is just more cost added to the boards that weren't super cheap to start with. Lack of LEDs will dissuade some people as well.

Brand new in plastic bag seems weird too...unless that is how they were sold OEM?
