Sale is over. All remaining stock will probably not be made available in future sales. Thank you all for your support and business, it means a ton to me that you guys even like what I've done to begin with.

Hey all, here is the sale thread for my custom keycaps.
All of these keycaps are made by hand, with cast resin.

Because I'm a bit limited in tools & space, these caps are not completely perfect. Small bubbles in the cap walls can sometimes exist. I try my best to be fair when selecting which caps are acceptable to sell, and hope that those who buy my caps understand that these are the best I can offer at this time. If anyone is unhappy with what they receive, please reach out to me and we can get things resolved.

You're not paying for the quality, you're paying for craftsmanship.

See it as an investment for better "quality" keycaps in the future. Support the artists yo :)

You're welcome to be skeptical, I'm not going to hate that.
As for quality, I've been pretty clear throughout that this is a first run, I only plan to improve as time goes on. That being said, I think they are of good quality and sturdy based on my own attempts to damage them. The caps that I actually have available are maybe a 3rd of the caps that I've cast. I've been very selective on what I deemed worthy of sale, and made sure each cap individually would make me happy if I bought it. I don't want to send people crap, take their money and run- that's just dishonest.
As for the pricing goes, I took a look back at what some of the other capcrafters have priced their caps at when they were starting out, and used their prices as guiding points for my own. Also keep in mind I'm only asking for $3 to ship anywhere in CONUS, which is way below what I actually give UPS when each package goes out.
Sure, I could ship USPS for less but I prefer UPS because I've found that they "care" more than my cheaper alternatives.

I personally don't think the prices are that bad. And while the quality could be better, these are a first run. I really bought my caps to support Dodgy's efforts. But I can understand your scepticism. If you want you can check out my review (http://www.vibex.info/blog/dodgys-keycaps-review10/4/2014), and when a second run comes out I'll grab a few and review the progress that has been made with them.
