that's really cool :D
does it work if you have a led on the top side tho ?
as in, will both the leds light up if you have them at the top and bottom ?

Doesn't look like he added them but yes it would work.

What Sifo said :D
It will light up but won't be as bright.  Might want to use lower value resistors to compensate for that.

ahhh, alright. I'll try out a few first then =)
Thanks !

Can't believe I didn't post here yet. Here is my Duck Orion TKL.

Built by Margon using 'Vintage' Cherry MX Clears from a SkiData. Lubed and stickered with clear switch tops and screw-on Cherry Stabilizers.

Double Clear  :p

GMK keycaps. A combination of SkiData caps and Charred Orange from Originative.
Gotta love the Q @ and M μ legends and the mods without text on Backspace and Tab.
I'll find a use for the relegendable F-row when I start programming it.

Awesome board out there! I wish my charred orange have that m on M key too!
If there is summation sign, it would be perfect :P

How many boards have that? At least the German layout has windowed Numlock. :P

Some european countries have the µ on the keyboard, not all on the M though. Since HAD doubleshots are pretty common it shouldn't be an issue to get an M key with a µ ;)

So far I had only seen desko classic beige keycaps have that summation sign on iso layout. Others I am not sure :x

Very nice work but if you use with 2x3x4mm led and use Cherry profile, your keycaps maybe will touched on led for each bottom out. i think 1.8mm led is good solution for Cherry profile keycap :)

Well, you can get a bsp set at Originative, but Sherry's has a non contrast F5-F8, no 1.75 right shift, and won't come with a spacebar unfortunately.

I heard there is some issues from Originative.co, is it safe right now to buy from them? How long does shipping take'?

I would e-mail Sheraton before purchasing anything just to confirm that an item is in stock and that it can be shipped promptly.  I personally have never had issues buying from them, I've purchased 2 gmk sets, and a bsp set and all were shipped out pretty quickly.  Unfortunately, some others weren't so lucky and were left waiting much longer than they should have to for orders to be fulfilled.

I didn't at first either. But it does really help with the spread of backlight.

Assembled Brown lubed and stickered with 55g Gold springs, Clear 58g for Spacebar

Okay. Let me start off by saying I don't like LEDs. However, that thing looks pretty amazing for what it is. Isn't it a bit distracting during usage, though???
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

And German caps?

If you're gonna mention the small things there's also; cable, stickers, springs, stabilizers, switches, LEDs, switch tops, etc, m8. =)

[Test] Dolch, DSA WYSE, Classic Beige with Red Housing

Dolch or DSA WYSE both get my vote.   :thumb:

Ha ha, you like dark color keycap :)

I love the classic beige caps, I just think the others look better with the red case.  :)

RA keyset is very nice with Red case but easy dirty. I think Dolch keyset is good choice.

Red backlight is best backlight ;)

True dat! Doesn't distract me at all, so I can just leave it on.
