To join the raffle you need to join the Koi Raffle System Discord. The following link should be the invite, otherwise google for it: https://discord.gg/yxqVMrw
After joining the discord you need to verify yourself in the registration channel (should be the only channel you can see) to verify just press the thumbs up reaction on the bot-post in that channel like over 9k others have. After doing so you will get the verified role (your name is blue and you can access the verified channel).

Next you head to the website (koi-raffle.com) and log in with your discord account.
If you followed the steps above and are verified on the server it should work and your discord username, hash and email will be displayed at the top of the website.
To change the email you will have to change your discord email and re-log into the website.

Once the raffle starts it will be displayed on the koi-raffle website and allow you to join. The raffle will not be visible to you if you are not verified on the server!
If you win an invoice will be sent to the displayed email.

The raffle will remain open for 12 hours.

Additional Information

- Badges and weights will only be sold as addon sets to simply order fulfillment across all vendors due to the increased quantities offered. We're planning to order many extra badges for the online store though for those original Iron165 owners who'd like a new and different badge.

- We are adding a small pocket to make it compatible with other JST 65% PCBs on the market. This should help ensure that even if we run out of stock on PCBs that a suitable replacement can be found in a pinch.

Super happy that a Canadian vendor is getting boards for group buys like this! Jerrold and the team over at desk hero really do a great job. They spent a bunch of time testing different systems yesterday to make sure things run smooth, got feedback from users, and are active/friendly on discord through the whole process.

I was curious about this as well. Price on GB post was different than what was on CannonKeys. Must have been a last minute change?

I didn't get in on a R2 board so the extra weight+badge set that's currently available on Cannon Keys is kinda pointless for me...

Thank you everyone who participated today. The only hiccup I know of was the pricing error on the back end of CK pulling from iron180. That was fixed midway through the GB and refunds have begun to be issued to those affected by it.

Tough one. Allowing a grace period of 24h should be affordable? Grace period for payment of the invoice was 6hours? Guess i was just lucky checking mails at the right time.

It wasn't a grace period of 24 hours, you had between 8pm and 9am the next day if you knew thats when the emails were sent out and I wasn't on the mykeyboards discord

Yeah it's quite ****ty. There's no good reason why they can't give at least 48 hours to pay, especially given that there's no forewarning if you actually 'won' in the raffle and ****-house communication in general from them. I would say to email them in this instance and hope for the best but given my previous experience with MyKeyboards customer service I wouldn't expect much.

payment deadline was not 9am but 8pm so most of the people had more than 20 hours to pay. as it was announced on their discord:

The rules on the raffle were clear announcing ahead there will be only hours to pay the invoice.
There was clear email saying you have won the spot.
There was standard PayPal invoice email.
In my case it was nearly 18 hrs to pay.

It is pretty clear those sought after boards are acquired by paying special attention.

Two batches of boards shipped before CNY, two slated to ship this week (manufacturer is awaiting confirmations from vendors) and two next week (S+R is part of the last shipment). However, due to some local cases of Covid near the manufacturer (not their employees) they are being forced to shut down for 1-2 weeks which will delay the final two shipments.
