[GB] GMK SNES - Hype slowly rekindling...

I really like the RGBY legends on dark mods, but also realize that the RGBY stuff might not be for everyone.  It might make sense to offer purple legends on the base set, and make a RGBY optional kit with the mod legends, the WASD cluster, and maybe the arrow cluster.  I'd be in for both in that case.

For SNES I prefer the lighter mods and no RGBY.

I still like cup better though, but I'm biased towards blue.

SNES, not even close. I also support the idea of offering the colored arrow/WASD keys as well as normal.

Cup would be funny but in the end we'd all wonder why we didn't choose SNES.

I agree with the lighter mods, but IMO the board would look better with RGBY WADX keys rather than WASD or 8462 on the numpad if that is going to be an option.

If we're going to be adding silly add-ons here they may as well be laid out in a more authentic position.

SNES all they way. The colorwar for Jazz Solo is so meh. SNES with the Dark Mods and colored arrows cluster would be my vote. Maybe make WASD colored a child deal?

2015 key designs are insane. GMK all the way baby!

Edit: After looking at the two mods for SNES I like the lighter and more "authentic" looking mods.

Of the originals, I prefer the jazz cup scheme. I just really enjoy those colors and have lots of memories with those cups. But this SNES mockup is straight up sexy and is my favorite between the three.

No offense Intelli but after seeing some of the quality of the plastics in Triumph Adler I don't think custom colours and GMK go well together

I like your design much more than Intelli's or the Reddit one. But it's moot here because SNES is better.

Totally agree, threw it together in a few minutes just to play with the colors. I have a NES inspired Terminus Mini, but a full (real) set would be pretty rad for sure. Still, the point about the custom GMK colors seems a bit valid. Curious to see if any more QC issues seem to come up with TA

One would hope that they can iron out the processing of custom colors, assuming that was the issue.  This was their first experience with it, after all.

I like the idea of the base SNES kit in the OP + some modifier kits.. I like the rgby wasd or arrows, but not really the darker mods. I know that having too much variety can be a challenge for most gbs, though.

having at least an R3 control key would make this a must buy for me too

My personal opinion out of all the variations of the snes I've seen in this thread, the first one posted by intelli78 is by far my favorite.
