Are these PBT Laser Engraved? (Link)

Hi guys,

I've found some PBT Laser Engraved keycaps, however I'm not sure whether they are Laser Engraved with infill or just engraved into the key. (link)
Also, they sell ABS Black-on-black keys too, (link)
However, the ABS black-on-black keys are more expensive than the PBT Black-on-blacks. Surely it should be the other way round? Can anyone confirm that its the way it is or are they ripping people off O_O

The engraved keys have no infill.

The ABS link shows what looks to be the PBT 108 set with windowed keys.  Maybe they have them mislabeled or the pic is wrong.
