Those are nice.  They had burgundy cap toes on MassDrop for $300 a little while back and I'm somewhat regretting not buying them.  Curious to see how they break in but the Styleforum crowd seems rather positive on them right now and JFitz is active in the thread on his shoes.  Seems all around positive.

Right now, I'm considering pulling the trigger on these.  Vass wholecuts in burgundy.  Though I'll probably go F last as I like the rounded toe a bit more than the squared toe.  This one looks like possibly the U last to me.

Either that or a plain toe with maybe a toe medallion on it.  Should leave me enough for a burgundy belt.

And that color is amazing! You will be good to go

The quality of jfitzpatrick shocks me in a good way, I'm in the middle of polishing the jfitzpatrick right now and debating whether I should go with waxed front or leave it mild shine for the whole shoes

Planning to use this for work but once I go waxed front it would be too loud or too formal

Damn.  Might have to consider those for a future pair.  Though I admit, all the French and Italian makers going nuts with patinas are high on my list for something in a nice blue.


The funny thing is, I'd probably wear those wholecuts in a load of different scenarios from work to jeans but people keep saying, "no, it's too formal for business-casual attire."  Meanwhile I'm thinking, huh?  I'm wearing those with jeans as well, dammit!  They just look so nice.

I'm not sure if the soles of the yeezy's are that durable, especially the 350s, even not about the painted sole, they seem to wear out pretty quick. I abuse my flyknit one+ a lot, but they still look okay after 3 years. Probably just gonna save up for a pair of ultraboost or the eqt, but that green stipes though..

I don't really like the NMDs, that 2 patch of colorful sh*t

Do you mind if I ask something about the 998? I got a pair of 998GY, and I find it not fitting that snug at the heel area, and it kinda feel like my heel is moving in there when walking.

I wear a sz10, have a slightly wide feet and it fits good for the width, just a little bit of free space in front.

I'm slowly turning into a NB guy as well, they just looks so good and subtle. Yet to try any Asics, had a pair of asics court shoe and it is awesome for badminton.

Joining this forum has been a bit more expensive than anticipated (not that I regret it though ).

I got some new shoes a couple of weeks ago. I was seriously considering the ACRONYM Lunar Force 1 but since I'm saving money for gamescom I went with a cheap pair of New Balance 373 instead.

Yeah that's a common problem with sneakers

While with bespoke shoes you can have different size with different width ie E, EE, D, etc

It's better to have more space than less, wearing something that hurts your feet is not nice at all

It's better to have more space than less, wearing something that hurts your feet is not nice at all

Bespoke? The NB custom can choose the width?

Yeah, better to go a little big then having it rubbing the toes.
