Then I'd have to say look closer, because we already had a labeled black G80-3000, only missing the red Esc. ;) Adding that wasn't too hard:

Pixel art is an interesting subject. It shows the difference between reproduction on the one hand and providing visual cues on the other. The challenge is producing an image that resembles the real deal in the viewer's head. That means you have to take all the visual processing into account. Simply taking a photo and shrinking that in size would give no more than an undefinable colored blob because all the edges would be gone.

You know these funny-looking photos from 1950s/60s books that look half-drawn? That's a similar story. Here the edges would be retraced in order to provide a more "plastic" image. An interesting effect for sure.

I was just about to ask about one of those. The lights on mine are green though, are yours yellow?

For some reason, I was under the impression that the beige keyboards have a sort of legend on them and was wondering why there wasn't a legend on the black boards. Now that I go back and actually look at the beige ones, there really isn't anything there. Mindfreak!

I'm red/green color blind.

I think it's yellow, though. Usually I get yellow right - not all the time - but this time it seems yellowish. I have been completely wrong in the past, though.

Do you have a black one with double shots? Mine was manufactured in Germany, I don't see a date on it.

Yep, it's a black G80-8113HRBUS. They're not a deep rich green like you'd find on a stoplight, but a pale lime-green you get out of cheap LEDs. I'll have to take a picture when I have time.

Also, I think the shading on my 8113 works a little better, though I see what you did there with the swiper - it is more accurate.

Try establishing a light source and let the position of the light source determine how the different angles should be shaded. In my pics I placed a light source in the lower left.

Is it possible to make a coiled cable for those many IBM and older Cherry keyboards?

Here are my modified PNG files, showing both the same 1989 Model M in its original state and with the RGB caps which it got from webwit as a bithday present:

These are great. Maybe we should pack them up for safekeeping...
IBM Model F XT + Soarer's USB Converter || Cherry G80-3000/Clears

The storage list:
IBM Model F AT || Cherry G80-3000/Blues || Compaq MX11800 (Cherry brown, bizarre layout) || IBM KB-8923 (model M-style RD) || G81-3010 Hxx || BTC 5100C || G81-3000 Sxx || Atari keyboard (?)
