The name I've always seen for those particular ones is "duck blockers," they were offered to people who got in on duck buys for like $3.50 USD apiece. SP has ones which i assume are just plastic (http://pimpmykeyboard.com/switch-blocker-pack-of-10/). Not sure if anyone else has done anything similar.
