I got in perfectly fine but you legit have 60 seconds from the page refreshing to enter before it redirects you and kicks you out the main page. I know a couple people on discord said theirs failed too but most people are saying it worked fine.

I tried using safari on my Macbook and I refreshed the page when the timer said 40 seconds left only to be routed to the invoices going out page. I then realized that it was already 8:02 EST on my system clock. So I’m not sure the countdown timer is functioning properly?

Either way it was a gorgeous cap today, so congrats to the winners!

Worked fine for me on chrome on iOS. There was weird caching issues with the timer but if you refreshed around the end and just watched it, it worked fine. Sorry for people who weren’t able to get in :/

I will likely move to a traditional Google form for the remainder of the sales, with a posted time on the Forgemas page. Then that way you'll just need to watch your time to know when the google form opens.

For the most part, people are using the new method correctly. But I don't like seeing random people having issues like this, so I'll likely retire the Flash Sale timer for the remainder of Forgemas so everyone has a fair chance. It seems like I grossly underestimated how simple something like improving the entry method could be.

Aw, sorry man, I liked the general design of it a lot! Having been a web dev in the past, these kinds of problems have a tendency to come out of the woodwork for what seems like the simplest of things! Sorry it's been frustrating for you! FWIW, it worked great for me all but that one day when I PMed you.

Hope I didn't come across as complaining  :( . I like the idea of having a timer, if it makes it easier for you I don't mind having to do a little extra. It works flawless on the desktop version, just not sure what causes mobile chrome to not like it.

Not at all, I value the feedback much more than you realize. I really am trying to do everything I can to make these sales fair and accessible to as many people as possible. It’s extremely important to me that you guys have a good experience and a smooth entry, because I know what it’s like to be frustrated when you’ve done your part and the process fails you. It doesn’t matter what is easy for ME, it matters to me what is easy for you.

Generally over 400 people enter the flash sales, so don't feel too bad about not winning.

I still need myself a Laser artisan to put on my Pearl 40, so even though I've stretched my wallet thin with Laser I still want more!!!

But I agree, I would flip a lid and probably have a heart attack if a Laser Orochi showed up (I mean a Japanese dragon on a Japanese inspired set that's just perfect, and a Keyforge cap at that!) and I would probably go into a heavy depression if I didn't get it, which is the more likely situation lol
