Where can I buy a Caps Lock keycap?

I'm missing a CapsLock keycap on my set. I've searched basically everywhere but found nothing. It's just 1 keycap, a CapsLock. Why is it so hard to find a shop or a particular vendor willing to find a CapsLock key? Any help would be really appreciated  :)

What kind of stem? What width?

I have a Leopold 660M, so can be any stem correct? Width would be 1.75 I believe.
