As far as I know, the icon mods are available on most vintage ISO boards. I still haven't seen any that comes with any ANSI boards.

EB is a very good mod set to emulate. The more I learn about custom keyboards, the more I realize how universal that set is.

As stated, legendless mods belong to the ISO sets so it would be nice to have a few ISO keys such as:
1. Enter.
2. Left shift.
3. Alt Gr.
Since it's so close to a Moogle kit, it would be also nice to have R5 keys, R3 Control (stepped and full touch) and a R2 backspace with this icon.

We, ISO users, are a minority in the keyboard community, I changed to ANSI and now everything is great, I am not asking for particularities anymore; however, I am not recommending you to change, but your life would be far easier, in any case, the addition of that conspicuous inverted L enter key may add too much dollars for an otherwise super efficient and low cost set that only has the exact key caps to make most ANSI users happy, even the happy layout users, so, even if I may like to have an ISO enter included, I'd prefer to get these nice sets at a good price, in the benefit of the majority here, the common good, is the best good.

EDIT: Come to think of it, Esc and `~ seem unnecessary. I guess it all depends what you're trying to do with the set. If you're simply trying to make a replacement/fit kit for vintage sets that don't have icon mods or only have ISO mods, I would take them out.

ISO Enter is more expensive than the other smaller keys, but that is up to the GB leader, so let him be the one making the decision, I do not mind paying for something I would not have an immediate use for, as long as the set has the keys that I need.

Define the proper timing, count me in at any time, these sets would make many old OG and other not so old key sets to have the best companion in the form of great modifiers set to mix and match, the separately ISO mini sets would be a great addition, as others wrote, Alt Gr in 1.25u and 1.5u would be handy, as well.

Agreed. It's a great initiative and I like the discussion so far.
STRG would be redundant, as there are an incredible amount of them out there. Me and other cherry collectors have boatloads of them.

no one wants STRG legend, as it's german and not ISO. the AltGr on the other hand it's "a must" on ISO board.

If the 1.25u modifiers are taken out of the offer, I will buy them anyway, as long as they have the 1.5u modifiers. The ISO enter in the other hand is an interesting key cap, that I would be very happy to pay for, even if I do not use it, I want to have some at hand, just in case I want to give ISO enter a try, again. The aesthetics is nice, I am not sure about the ergonomics, that I think is far better on the ANSI layout.

There's an Interest Check section in the database, helps me keep track of what's happening. I was going to put some of the IC renders up there as well, that way if they move to GB then I just move the code... but we'll see.

If you look up in the IC, myself and plenty of others were interested in a textless mod replacement kit, without a bunch of bloat like Ctrl/Alt/Win + ISO + Spacebars.

not really, it takes 1 second to add the link in the IC section. Whether they go to GB or not is a different story.

Alright, after gathering data from the feedback in this IC, I'm gonna get another set of renders based on the keys below:

the spacebars will be in a separate pack though. because some might need extra spacebar replacements but don't need the set.
I'm thinking of these colors:
black on beige

skidata (for those who currently owns charred orange set)

i might not run all at once. maybe we'll do stage by stage? this way, it won't hurt your wallet as much and i don't have to declare (value) a lot at one go, therefore lesser to no import tax for those who's in EU

If you keep them together that may save some tents of dollars in shipping costs for internationals, if people is getting more than one, that is the only sensible choice, you should have all of them, as modifiers they can be mixed and matched with many other alphas, even if you do not have a beige of a black, but who doesn't have at least one classic OG black and an OG beige? any serious keyboard aficionado should have at least one of each. :thumb:

Escape is a bit less necessary for me (as they are easily bought on their own) but the tilde and 1.5x pipe are pretty essential IMO. I'm buying this as a basic mod kit, not for moogle and tsangan.

I can live without the 1.5u pipe, but I would like to get the tilde and an extra escape does not hurt, but I would take all of them if that may get more orders for the sets. Again, I consider that the key caps selected by the GB leader cover most of the potential interested parties interests, I do not see any reason to change them, unless those changes mean a significant reduction in their final prices, that I do not think may happen just by removing one or two keys, but those keys may mean less orders.

I am completely fine with all this. A beige moogle is what I want, and this set delivers!

The space bar offered along with the modifiers set may save on shipping cost for internationals, the other GB is already covered and it does not include beige space bars and blacks are always handy.

It's also assuming you're using it with old WoB. I'm personally just buying it for a mod pack for newer cherry setsman, i think u should do the whole set. the WoB sets are pretty old,it may have some color difference.

Of course, it was the assumption of RevoTeam, and, as it was said by the OP you can mix and match these modifiers with many other alphas available, I think these three colors are the best for combining with other sets and make them usable in a variety of keyboards.
