You can design your own keyboard PCB to have the switches right next to each other.

Osidian:
If a smaller layout wont be of help, maybe an ergonomic keyboard might be an option? There are also some accessories you can possibly try that can alleviate some discomfort when typing instead of replacing your keyboard.
