Hi!

Who / what is Switch+ Magazine?

My name is Cody but I go by lamp in all my online circles. I'm a graphic designer by trade and have had an interest in keyboards for the last 8 years of my life.

Switch+ started out as a hypothetical project created for a school final but was received with high praise from my local community. (Shoutout NEKB) :)
From then on, I wanted to make it a real thing that I was legally able to advertise + sell, as the previous issue I created for school used articles written by other people. That's where KBD.News comes in. Tamas and I have been working together since December-ish to make this special edition print edition of his Holiday Advent Calendar for KBD.News. I was lucky enough to be able to get Stellaidoscope to do the cover art for the final print issue :D

Where can I buy a Zine?

Currently, they are available on Blurb https://www.blurb.com/b/11655566-kbd-news-x-switch-magazine-holiday-advent-issue for DTC purchases with 80% of all proceeds going to Girls Who Code

They will also be at the CannonKeys Meetup in Pawtucket Rhode Island at a reduced cost.

Switch+ currently sits on display on my keyboard shelf. I love my copy so much! It's a joy to read through; you can see the love and effort put into it! Lamp will always have my support; please check Switch+ out!  :thumb:
