I guess this explains it.
So- I hope someone is reading this.A member of GH or reddit or what-have-you purchased my sets through a proxy to ship to Singapore. Due to multiple cancelled orders I made a clerical error and shipped them two sets of HF. In response I will be sending out my personal set to fill in the gap.If this is you, please contact me. You declared full value on both packages which were sent to your address in Singapore. I have tried to e-mail you multiple times without any response. Today I contacted the forwarder and we are currently determining a way to either get the packages returned or enforce payment. Please do not force me to use these means to retrieve my package.Thank you.
I just received my set this morning. Nothing was shifted in my package and all of my keys are OK! What a fast turn around too!I just realized one of my keys is missing the o-ring....sonofa... Show ImageLooks great thanks again for putting the buy together. :thumb:
what's the status on orders? Still waiting on my stickets and hyperfuse tracking.
Quote from: ccc24 on Tue, 03 November 2015, 18:51:38what's the status on orders? Still waiting on my stickets and hyperfuse tracking.Hyperfuse shipping should be coming pretty soon, he said that he only sent out the people who weren't entered in the raffle, then the people who won the raffle and lastly the people who didn't and then just the normal sticket orders
Remaining orders are open to international buyers.

Quick update guys. One which I deeply regret to be making. We have a serious deficit of Numpad Enter keys. Looks like this goof will put the last 10 sets of hyperfuse to go out on hold.If you do not receive tracking by tomorrow night it means that you are in this hold pile. Have confirmation we will have the keys in our possession sometime between the 12th and 16th. As soon as the keys are in our hands the sets will go out the same day.Stay tuned for updates.
Got my set today, couple of major keys are kinda scuffed up, kinda bummed. Anyways, thanks for doing this Binge!
On the subject of damage. I have come across less than 20 keys which have had marks that will disappear with use. I am not the kind of person to think this is excusable, and before anyone tries to say I am intent on letting this stand the record must show that a collective effort is being formed to handle this responsibly. Between [CTRL]ALT and me we are collecting information on orders with keycaps which have issues. I will provide more information on how we intend to right any issues encountered with your GMK Hyperfuse sets.If anyone encounters an issue with their set please do not take it out of the packaging before photographing the issue with the keys in the box. To be extra clear the most responsible course of action in case of damage is to take pictures of how it arrived after opening the box. We need to be able to prove to the manufacturer that we did everything in our power to get the sets to you in the best condition possible. With the videos you have seen me post I hope you all trust I am doing my part to ensure the best possible experience. When it comes to getting replacement keys I am afraid I do not know of a reservoir of extras to pull into orders, but please be assured I will do whatever I can to make any issues right.
A couple of my caps had very similar markings on them. I used a microfiber cloth and water and a decent amount of scrubbing and the marks disappeared completely. I don't know if they are the same marks with the same cause that you have on your caps but it is worth a try. Good luck!

If it begins to fade the mark will disappear with use, but even then it is not acceptable to get keys in this condition and please standby for the claim-sheet I am working on with CTRL[ALT] in order to get replacement keys.
looks like i'm apart of the delayed group as well...the wait is a killer

It's a common tactic crooked mailmen use to see if heavy (heavy generally means valuable) items will fall out of the package once it is damaged a little.
