Not necessarily.

Extra forms got filled out before the form closed.

Would either check your timestamp or pm Lin

Personally I don't care, but be careful with publishing everyone's real name in a public spreadsheet. You should replace those with the usernames instead.

You said you are invoicing the full 60 people.  Does that mean you are producing 60 boards?  Just want to make sure!

I think he said he added 10 more in the post (mentioned that he added to, which increased the time it took to sell out) therefore total is now 60.

Scratch that, the google doc he linked that displays those with a spot is only 50 long, with an additional 10 representing the waitlist. My bad.

Yeah, that's the confusing part to me.  Originally he left the form open for 10 more people to form a wait list, but then he said, "

I added 10 more friends for waiting list, for in case of cancelling order.
But, after discussion, we will just send out invoice for all 60 units.

So there's a little ambiguity there.  Does that mean he will be producing units for everyone on that list, or is he just invoicing everyone now and giving people on the waitlist a refund if they don't end up receiving a board?

I thought I filled out the form pretty quick .. but 20th?! oof

Anyways, here are some interesting numbers for those that made it in:
(Including 10 additional units making it a total of 60)

  • Lin3's Choice - 44
  • Black - 6
  • Silver- 10
  • WKL - 51
  • WK - 9

Now watch Lin3 troll us and get us some rainbow color for the top and bottom  :))

I'm really hoping for that blue/cyan for Lin3's choice color..

I'm curious as to when we'll find out the third color option that Lin has chosen. When we find out, will we still have time to edit our order or will it be set in stone by then?

Compatibility is listed for b87, and the h87a is a87, so the USB would be on the wrong side

You have to check the actual time for when you submitted the form.

If you used Gmail you can use the ... three dots on the right of the email header and click original and find your time there.

Unless this is a new version the fAve 87 pcb has topside right usb, so it actually should fit. By placing my hiney pcb on top of my fAve 87 pcb, I can assume they are basically the same.

Sorry that I made this not clear.

There will be 60 units instead of 50.

I sent an email/pm for clarification on something
This is really interesting. 38 seconds, 40 seconds, and were both not there haha.

I'm in the same boat. My submission was under a minute. But I didn't get in. The edit must've moved my timestamp and I PMed Lin about it too. Disappointing.
I received a receipt 7:01

You have to check the actual time for when you submitted the form.

If you used Gmail you can use the ... three dots on the right of the email header and click original and find your time there.
Im using outlook sadly. But if you think about it, the google receipt shouldnt be instant. There could be a matter of atleast 30 sec before they send the receipt right? Correct me if im wrong.

Oh well.

Will Hiney's H87A PCB fit in this keyboard? I know it does for the Whale (read that somewhere).
Compatibility is listed for b87, and the h87a is a87, so the USB would be on the wrong side

Unless this is a new version the fAve 87 pcb has topside right usb, so it actually should fit. By placing my hiney pcb on top of my fAve 87 pcb, I can assume they are basically the same.

Huh. It definitely says "b87" in the OP but looking at the proto the USB is over on the right side where it should be for a87. It might only fit b87-sized a87 boards? (which would mean the h87a would work)

It says "Compatible PCB = b87 size pcb"

The usb cutout is on the right side. fAve 87, Hiney and Leeku/Kin tx87 pcbs will fit no problems. Hiney is a skinny A87 pcb which are the same size as a b87 pcb.

I edited mine three times after getting in at 39-40 seconds. You all should check the x-received stamp on your first form submission.

Mine states 38 seconds but I used a live domain for the form so I can't access the timestamp like everyone else can.

If I'm incorrect here, someone let me know.
