Not the greatest cooler (based on reviews),  but it's rated for 250watts  for $30.

You're never ever going to do better for $30.    Even the crappy zalman ones cost $12-20

Comes with 2 maglev fans. good fans, not the crappy newegg free fans.

Heck buy 2..  NO REBATE

I saw A500 and thought - Amiga 500 - was wondering what kind of cooler is that for Amiga ;)

i kinda feel like a used hyper 212 can be a better deal, but if you want new i guess it is good.
got my hyper 212 for 20 euros last year although kinda annoyed that CM discontinued it and made the V2 much more expensive.
and it just ticked that it is rated for 250W but most peoples on a budget will not need anywhere near that power on a cpu, the R5 5600 is 65W. or you are going with high overclock on old CPU but then might as well go for used on the cooler as well.
not saying it is a bad idea to overkill cooling, but maybe not going for a subpar option like the A500 while a 120W at the same price (or free with some CPU) could actually still be complete overkill.
what i am really saying is, buy used or use what you have, better deal and better for the planet (especially when talking about big chunks of aluminum and copper)
