However, a lot of us already use desk mats so I'm not sure I would place another mat on top of that but there are situations when I would not want to set up a large desk mat if I'm using my keyboard away from my desk so a small mat works great for that and to take on the road perhaps. Inevitably someone will want to compare how your mats sound and feel compared to, say, the two different Keebmat models that are more akin to larger desk mats just shrunk down. Your hush.place mats are different in that regard. GLWIC!

In settling on the Model M color scheme as the basis for keycap sets, we've sacrificed flexibility in favor of reduced cost (and production time). Maybe that's a reasonable trade-off for most folks, but I'm sure glad I got all my Round 6 CADET and HONEY keycaps when I did.
