We are experiencing some issues on getting these boards shipped, but we are trying our best to get them shipped out by the end of this month. If you have not already provided a contact number, please send it to inett.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If you have already paid for shipping, your status should be updated within the next 2 to 5 days. I will also update your tracking number in your PayPal invoice. Please be aware that a batch of shipment was returned to us due to lack of contact number. We will contact those buyers separately to arrange another shipment.

Every box comes with 1) silicone dampener, 2) dampener for space bar, 3) 4 x m2 screws for hot-swap PCB, not used for solder PCB, 4) bumpons
VIA should have been loaded to all PCBs. If for whatever reason VIA doesn’t recognizes the PCB, please download the latest toolbox to flash VIA
By default, FN(mo1)+Q to turn off backlight, FN(mo1)+W to adjust backlight, FN(mo1)+R to turn off switch lights, FN(mo1)+T to adjust switch lights

To ensure the PCB is well protected during shipping, we purposely left the sides attached. You can either snap off the sides by hand or use a clipper to cut off the stems. All PCBs are pre-flashed with VIA.

I don't have the final prototype with me right now, but here is a short video of the 2nd prototype. It might be difficult to see, but I can assure you the plate no longer wobbles after the revision. The keyboard basically looks identical to what Nathan and Tae showed in their videos, and the sound would be very close if not the same.

The black unit in the IC page has the polished chamfer. It might be difficult to see in the picture, but if you have seen the edges on the iPhone 5, that's what it looks like.

Yes, HHKB is possible with hot swap. It would use the same layout at the picture below, but with the two Ctrl keys blocked.

Clarification - those are the estimated weight of the brass weight/plate I got from the manufacturer, I actually don't have the exact weight measured. They also told me today that the brass plate will be closer to 1000g.

Please cancel/remove order 167. I submitted an edit for my order two days ago, spreadsheet still showing the initial details. PM'd but still no reply or changes on the spreadsheet. Got an invoice today, so I'm not too sure what I'm pre-ordering. Sorry this is not good enough.

I doubt it since the plates are a CNC'd piece and are more complex than your traditional plate. The plate for this board cannot be laser cut.

The order ID was what we used to track orders originally, before we invoiced for the keyboard. You should be able to find your corresponding order ID and invoice ID on the Confirmed Orders tab.

I don’t think anyone’s invoice has been sent yet. Your row just happens to line up with the “Invoiced” row of the status legend :) Your actual status is Pending (not yet invoiced) like all others.

I know everyone is eager to get invoiced, but honestly shipping prices will probably plummet after Christmas. A lot of cargo comes from overseas passenger flights that sell space in the cargo hold.
Right now shipping is very expensive because so many flights are grounded due to COVID and shipping capacity is saturated by the holiday.

I also can't find a way to turn on per key RGB in VIA. Nothing seems to work. Only the underglow works.
Actually, I figured it out. For anyone else with issues, just go to the VIA website and redownload the firmware for the SquareX and flash your PCB. Then the commands that are listed by INETT on page 1 works perfectly.

Not too sure what is up with iNETT Studio. They contacted me on 7th Dec for contact details so they could work on shipping invoice. Till today i have not gotten any invoice for it even after weekly probe.I'm in the same boat.
Whats going on?
On Dec 7 they requested a phone number. I reached out on the 27th as I hadn't received a shipping invoice yet. A response was given to me the same day, "be patient".
There are only a small group of people who have not been sent a shipping invoice yet according to the Excel sheet linked by OP. Not sure what the hold up is but it hasn't seemed to change much in the past 2 weeks.

I just received mine; unfortunately it seems like one of the screws are overtightened from the factory and one of the screws caused a little cracking. It's not huge but you can see it a bit from the front. Should I email you guys to see what can be done? :(Hi，

Do you have any timeline for when the remaining orders will be invoiced and shipped? Basically I'm wondering if mine will even ship before CNY at this point.

They are very easily snapped off, just apply bending pressure. As long as you are not hulk smashing it, you won't have any issues

No, I am still in the list for waiting to be invoiced. A month or so ago I got an email asking for a phone number with the shipping address but nothing since. Resigned myself to probably having to wait until after CNY.

Hi all, this is Simen. Today I am going to give a progress update on the remaining SQUARE.X shipment. But first of all, I want to thank everyone who joined the SQUARE.X group buy. I believe most of you should have received your boards already.
A lot have happened during this GB. First of all, PayPal froze all the money from the payments so we have to fund the materials and manufacturing ourselves. With Fox Lab’s support, we finished manufacturing all the units. Unfortunately, two cases of keyboards and parts were damaged in transit, and we began to remake those boards and parts back in January. Due to constraints from the pandemic and Chinese New Year, all manufacturing has been paused now and will resume after 2/19. We estimate the delivery time for the remaining units will be around late February to early March.
For those of you who received and paid a shipping invoice on 2/2, your shipment will be arranged after 2/17 when the shipping company is open for business again after Chinese New Year holiday.
