Here's what I suggest for tight stems. Run the cap under the hottest tap water you can for a minute or so. Once heated it'll be a little flexible. Dry it off and gently work it onto the switch stem. Once it cools it'll hold the new shape quite well.

You should check out Canvas R2, it has a dark version and with the bauhaus mods it would match really well i think

Establishing worth can be tricky, especially if your crossing over to other maker's artisans. If you want to trade for another Night Cap, I would say you're on even ground with any other Egg V2, Idyllwild, or Picollo. People may be looking for the new colorways right now, so if there is a certain cap your looking for, now is a good time to post in Classifieds here or on /r/mm because there will be a lot of activity around the May caps. Feel free to PM if you have questions about a specific trade, I can try and give you an idea if it's fair.
